Description of Service
The tours, content and pricing on the site are for informational purposes; availability and prices may change without prior notice. A binding booking is formed only upon mutual confirmation.
Booking and Cancellation
Tour bookings and cancellation terms are notified and confirmed separately at the time of booking (usually via WhatsApp). In adverse weather and sea conditions, tours may be postponed or cancelled for safety reasons; in such cases we will try to offer a suitable alternative date.
Safety & Participant Responsibility
- Participation in fishing tours is at your own personal responsibility.
- Participants are expected to follow the safety instructions of the captain and crew throughout the tour.
- Anyone whose health condition prevents sea travel must inform us before participating.
- Participants may be held responsible for intentional or negligent damage to the boat and equipment.
Intellectual Property
All images, videos and texts on the site belong to İbrahim Uslu (Tuna Fishing Turkey) and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided with reasonable care. We cannot be held liable for force majeure, weather conditions or situations arising from the participant's own fault.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir, Türkiye shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
